Welcome to AQ Auction! Please review our policies to ensure a smooth buying experience.


1. Account Registration

  • All customers must create an account and enter valid payment information before browsing or bidding.
  • To be exempt from sales tax, upload a valid resale permit during registration.

2. Bidding & Payment

  • All bids are final and binding. By bidding, you agree to purchase the item if you’re the highest bidder.
  • Payments are automatically processed at the end of the auction using the payment method on file.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure system.

3. Fixed-Price Items

  • Fixed-price items can be purchased directly and must be paid for at checkout.
  • These are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Pickup & Loading

  • If you win an auction, we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup during business hours.
  • All items must be picked up within 5 business days.
  • Our team will assist with loading pallets, but you are responsible for bringing the appropriate vehicle and securing your load.

5. Item Condition

  • All items are sold as-is, untested, and without warranty.
  • No returns or refunds will be accepted.

6. No Preview Policy

  • Items and pallets cannot be previewed in person before bidding.
  • Photos and descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge and may not represent full contents or condition.

7. Failure to Pick Up or Pay

  • Failure to pick up or pay within 5 business days will result in:
  • 15% restocking fee
  • Forfeiture of the item(s)
  • Possible ban from future auctions
